Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. VivahausLimited reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and VivahausLimited express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

VivahausLimited is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

10. Assignment

The VivahausLimited is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between VivahausLimited and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes.

Competition Terms and Conditions - Win 6 months stay at Vivahouse

  1. This competition is open to anyone who is 18+ and a resident of the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland except for employees or contractors (and their immediate families) of Vivahaus Ltd. This is a competition organised by Vivahaus Ltd.

  2. Entries must be submitted 00:00 on July 31, 2019 via online submission at vivahouse.com. Entries received after this date will not be accepted. Only one winner will be selected at random, from all eligible entries across all platforms. Only one entry per person, per email address, is permitted. Entrants who fail to comply with this rule may be disqualified.

  3. This prize is a voucher entitling the holder 1 continuous 6 month stay at the first Vivahouse location to open within the United Kingdom. The prize will apply to the “Basic” rates charged by Vivahaus Ltd and any additional or premium products or services offered will be charged for at standard rates.

  4. Basic Rates will be for one resident only and will be limited to rental charge and standard utilities. The first location may not be a location currently advertised as “Coming Soon” by Vivahaus Ltd, and is subject to change.

  5. The winner will be chosen at random from all of the correct entries received and will be notified by e-mail.

  6. If the winner fails to confirm acceptance of the prize by midnight on August 3, 2019 or if the winner chooses to forfeit the prize, Vivahouse has the right to pick another winner at random.

  7. The prize is valid for 3 years from the date of the first Vivahouse UK location opening.

  8. The winner may be required to undergo standard Vivahouse referencing processes to secure accommodation and prize.

  9. Failure to complete the referencing process will lead to forfeiture of the prize.

  10. No element of the prize is divisible or may be awarded separately and is non-transferable. There are no cash alternatives for this prize.
    The prize does not include occupancy taxes, moving or subsequent living costs.

  11. In the unfortunate event that a Vivahouse location does not open within the United Kingdom the prize will be deemed forfeited and no alternative prize or cash value will be issued.
    Vivahaus Ltd will not be held liable for any technical fault in the submission of these entries.

  12. Vivahaus Ltd can in no way be held responsible for any theft, loss or injury that might occur as a result of participating and accepting this prize.

  13. Winning entrants agree to the publication of their names on any Vivahaus Ltd publication or website, which will also be at Vivahaus Ltd sole discretion. The winner’s name can be available on request.

  14. By entering the competition entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
