Vivaspaces

Our “classic” Serviced workspace model. We work with existing commercial and hospitality assets, developing sites into modern, experience rich workspaces.

We build Vivaspace developments through refurbishing and operating agreement on assets as well as though ground up JV partnerships with real estate investors.

We’re currently building a pipeline of sites in London and beyond! Get in touch if you have suitable assets!

Vivasystem

Our ‘Space as a service’ model. Dynamic and rapid conversions of Commercial, Retail or unique sites, into flexible smaller suits utilising our proprietary “Rapid Development System”.

Includes light touch coworking sites and setup and operation of ancillary spaces such as event space, meeting rooms and communal facilities. We can develop true Multi Use sites.

Vivasystem is also a high performing solution for meanwhile sites.

Our partnership includes feasibility, design and operation of at least 5k sqft under a management contract or JV. 


Rapid Development System

Built using our custom SIPs (Structural Insulated Panel) with integrated cam locking systems and embedded electrical connections, each Vivahouse module can be transported to site using standard service elevators and constructed within an hour.

Vivaspaces are located in the heart of the city or beyond. London Zones 1-4 and urban central locations across wider geographies.

We require a minimum of 15k square foot, whilst our sweet spot is 25k-50k square foot sites across a couple of floors.

Open Floorplates
Our ‘Rapid development system’ requires open floor plates that are Cat A fit out. We can also re-design and operate existing hospitality assets.

Communal spaces
All of our sites have shared communal areas to enable amenity rich workspaces. This will include space for communal kitchens/ pantry areas, gyms/ wellness space and lounge spots.
